Obagi Medical Products, Inc. (Obagi), and Incell Corporation, an affiliate of Kommy Corporation, which operates Aesthetic Salons and Spas in Japan branded Tokyo Beauty Center (TBC), announced today that they have entered into a trademark and product license agreement whereby TBC will license exclusive rights to Obagi trademarks and product concepts to promote and enhance TBC facial procedures in their Aesthetic Salons and Spas. TBC is Japan’s largest chain of directly owned and operated Aesthetic Spas and Salons, with over 240 throughout Japan. more
